Indvidual supervision offerings
-
Primary and secondary supervision for provisional psychologists under the 4+2 and 5+1 pathway to general registration. I also offer supervision post-registration. I am an AHPRA approved supervisor and have supervised for the past 7 years. My wish as your supervisor is to nurture you, help build reflective practice, tick all those AHPRA boxes, and most of all help you build your belief in yourself as a clinician. I have a strong interest in mindfulness and compassion-based therapies for our work as well as for the benefit in our own lives. If you feel, we might be a good fit please reach out.

We all know the impostor mind that tells us we are not good enough in our job. It takes us to a place of self doubt if we have helped our clients enough, if at any moment someone will tap on our shoulder saying you have got it wrong. If you want to nurture the clinician inside of you to become your own best friend - to encourage you, to cheer you on and to sustain you in your work as a psychologist, then this group supervision offering might be for you.
We explore through group discussions and experiential practices the value of a mindfulness and self-compassionate lens in therapy and for your own life.
This group supervision aims to
-
Enhance self reflection and insight
-
Develop your own self-compassion
-
Nurturing you as the clinician for sustainable clinical practice
-
Applying the experiential practice to your work with clients

This is a highly experiential group, a time to reset, to connect, to be and to nourish ourselves as clinicians. This is NOT a case discussion group.
No prior mindfulness practice experience necessary.

I am an AHPRA approved supervisor so you can count group attendance towards your internship group supervision hours after adding me as a secondary supervisor.
