Mindfulness for beginners

cultivating calm and reducing stress

Do you feel stressed, find yourself reacting impulsively in stressful situations and wish to connect with more kindness and compassion to yourself and those around you? Do you wish to pause, take better care of yourself and be more present in your life? Are you curious what mindfulness meditation is all about?



A weekly meditation class for adults in a safe and relaxed atmosphere.

Each week we cover different topics on mindfulness and experience a mindfulness meditation specific to that week’s topic.


No need to sign up just come along on the day!


Topics covered include:

  • What is mindfulness?

  • Developing loving-kindness

  • Mindfulness of our feelings, thoughts, and body

  • Developing compassion for ourselves and others

  • Forgiveness for ourselves and others

  • Mindfulness to soothe grief

  • Happiness and gratitude 



Time: Weekly drop in class. Fridays from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm NOTE: NO CLASSES IN SCHOOL HOLIDAYS!


Location: Currently running ONLINE via zoom link. Please email me to receive your link to join us.


Cost: Pay from your heart: Donation-based. Your donation is greatly appreciated to help continue the class and allow others who are not able to donate to come along. Unsure what to pay? Suggested donation of $5.
